Submitting Workbooks in BHSDSTAR?
To upload invoices, you will need to designate at least one individual from your organization for a BHSDSTAR account. Please complete an invoice staff registration form, found at the top of the Manuals and Forms tab. Make sure the staff you are registering allow the receipt of emails from the address email@example.com.
If you have had a change of address for filing your taxes or a change in your business name and have not updated your information with Optum Health, please complete a W-9
and submit to Optum Finance.
If you would like to be set up with Electronic Funds Transfer (the fastest way to get paid). Complete an EFT
and submit to Optum Finance
